When you visit our website or use the App
We use your IP-address, browser-ID, and information about your use of the website or App (for example, which pages you have visited). We also collect technical information about the device you use to access our services, such as device type, operating system, language settings, time zone, app version, and log information (time and date of access).
We use this data to provide you with a website and App that are adjusted to the standard settings of your browser or device, to analyze the use of our services, and to manage, protect, and improve our website, App, and services.

We may use this data because we have a legitimate interest to do so. We namely need this data to provide you with a tailored, functioning, and secure website and App. Besides, this information is needed to make our services better.
We keep this data as long as necessary to provide you with access to our website and to improve our services.
When you register an account
We use the necessary information as registered in your Google or Apple account. This regards your first- and last name and mail address. Besides, you may choose to provide us with your postal address (first- and last name, street and number, postal code, city, and country). Once a register is set-up, we also process your email preferences and information on your use of our App and services.
We use this data to register an account for you, to provide you with access to this account and to store useful data in your account in relation to (previous) use of the App and services and to send you promotional emails if you gave us permission to do so.
We may use these personal data because:
We have a legitimate interest in storing the information you voluntarily added to your account and in retaining your use of our App and services.
We only send you promotional emails after you gave us your consent for it. Please be aware it is always possible to unsubscribe from these e-mails via the link at the bottom of each e-mail.
We keep this data as long as your account is active. This means that we retain the data for up to twenty-four (24) months after your last activity. After five (5) months we send a reminder, followed by a final notice one (1) month later. If there is still no response, we permanently delete your account data. If you remove details or close your account, we delete the data sooner.
When you earn points
We use your account information (see above) as well as details about your actions that may qualify for earning points (for example, proof of timely rent payment or meeting other eligibility criteria).
Depending on the process, you may need to upload or confirm certain documents or information. In some cases, we may ask you to provide a payment statement (for example, a screenshot of your bank statement) to verify that you have met the requirements to earn points. If you do so, please make sure to cover any information that is not necessary for verification, such as account balance, other transactions, or your full account number.
We use this data to determine whether you are eligible to earn points, to allocate points to your account, and to prevent misuse or fraud.
We may use this data because:
We need your account information and the information related to the actions that may qualify for earning points to perform the agreement we conclude with you; and
We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that points are only awarded when the conditions are met and in safeguarding the integrity of our program.
We keep this data for as long as the points you have earned remain active in your account, and for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months thereafter, unless your account is deleted sooner. Any supporting documents (such as payment statements) are only kept as long as needed to complete the verification process, and no longer than three (3) months thereafter.
When you redeem points with a Partner (affiliate links)
We use your account information (see above) as well as the number of points redeemed, the Partner Offer you selected, and the time and date of redemption. In some cases, we may need to share limited personal data with the Partner (such as your name or email address) if this is strictly necessary to deliver the offer.
We sometimes use affiliate links or similar mechanisms when you redeem points with a Partner. This means that when you select an offer, certain information (such as your account ID or a transaction code) may be passed on to the Partner to confirm that you redeemed the offer through our App.
We use this data to process the redemption, confirm your eligibility, and to verify whether the Partner can provide you with the selected benefit. We also use this data to manage our cooperation with Partners and to prevent misuse or fraud.
We may use this data because:
We need it to perform the agreement we conclude with you when you redeem points; and
We have a legitimate interest in managing our cooperation with Partners and verifying redemptions.
We keep this data for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months after the redemption. Data that must be shared with Partners is retained by them under their own responsibility. Please consult the Partner’s privacy statement for more information.
When you get in touch with us through our App or via social media
We use the contact details you provided, and any other data included in your message. Please be aware that social media networks also use personal data. We do not control this. If you want to know how these networks use your personal data, read their privacy statements.
We use this data to reply to the message and to improve our services.
We may use this data because we have a legitimate interest. We namely need this data to reach out to you and assist you. Besides, this information is needed to make our services better.
We keep this data until we’ve finished with the message and up to 1 year thereinafter. Information you put on social media is not actively deleted and can usually be deleted by yourself.
When you apply with us for a job
We use contact details, information included in the curriculum vitae (such as qualifications, skills), data included in the application (such as diplomas, videos, recommendation letters), data we see on social media accounts (such as LinkedIn), and notes from interviews and assessments.
We use this data to see whether you are a good fit for the job and to choose the right candidate.
We may use this data because it has a legitimate interest to do so. We namely need this data for a proper application process. If you give us sensitive personal data, such as information about religion, health, or sexual orientation, we may use such data because you have given your permission to do so. You can always withdraw such permission by contacting us via the contact details provided below.
We keep this data as long as necessary to finish the application procedure and/or to match you with another job opportunity.
When you subscribe for the newsletter
We use your mail address and information on your response to this newsletter.
We use this data to send you promotional emails and to improve our commercial communication.
We may use this data because you have provided us with your consent to do so. Please be aware it is always possible to unsubscribe from these e-mails via the link at the bottom of each e-mail.
We keep this data until you unsubscribed from the newsletter.
When you are a business relation
We use contact details and relevant business-related information such as correspondence and financial details. In some cases, we also use personal data in extracts from Chamber of Commerce and other public registers and/or copies of identity documents.
We use this data to correspond with our business relations regarding their services and invoices, and to keep records. The extracts of the Chamber of Commerce or other public registers and copies of identity documents are used to verify the identity and representative authority of our business relations.

We are legally obliged to include certain financial details in our tax administration. In some cases, we are also obliged to verify the identity of our business relations.
We need these details to enter and fulfill the agreement.
We have a legitimate interest in using personal details of our business relations’ employees to communicate and effectively work together. And to ensure our business contact is authorized to represent the business.
We keep this data for as long as necessary for the above purposes.
Sometimes, we retain personal data longer than specified. This is done only if mandated by law, in cases of fraud or abuse investigation, or when necessary for legal claims. In such situations, we keep these personal data separate from the rest.
Apart from that, we may use information above data to prepare statistics and reports. This is always done in an aggregated or anonymized form, so that it can no longer be traced back to you.

When you visit our App, we inform you about our use of cookies. We use cookies like functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. These are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize your browser or device when you return, making your online experience more personalized. Third parties
We work with other organizations that help us process the personal data. They do this on our behalf. This means we remain responsible for the protection of your data during such processing. We use third parties for:

Furthermore, we only share personal data with third parties if the law obliges us to, if you gave us your permission, or in special situations, like when sharing personal data is necessary to:
